You go your way,
I'll go mine.
We'll end up in the same place.

We're off
on another journey
to prove we were wrong.

I know what's wrong with people.
They just won't listen to me.

Prancing and dancing,
the mountains move to the music
in geologic time.

The String Bean Monsters
will get us all
if we don't snap out of it.

The ape sat up,
stood up,
did a perfect pirouette,
looked around,
sat back down.

It wasn't time yet.

Stay with me,
even though I'll be gone.

I pray that works
in some universe.

The best books
are not those you read
but the ones that read you.

The hounds
become strangely lucid
once they are released.

The porpoise
is to avoid the sharks.
